Okay so full disclosure - I have worked in the medical field but I am not a nurse. I stumbled across this brand while essentially looking for a good night shirt to sleep in, lol. I don't feel comfortable or secure in short loose crop top short baby doll sleeve junk shirts that most stores sell, and I am a plus size woman so tiny short shirts in the night work their way up and choke me, and I cannot stand them. Several years ago I just started using some older worn out long sleeve shirts I had to sleep in and they were very very comfortable and made me feel secure while I slept, they were thin and breathable but they didn't slide up move around pinch or anything like that. And of course, I love these so much that with them wearing out now I decided to try to find something else. The problem I have with other long sleeve shirts though is that they usually stretch weird, or they're too tight in the neck or they are too rough to sleep in and that's a frustration to me. I got creative while looking for flexible long sleeve shirts and stumbled across the types of shirts that medical staff wear underneath scrubs and that sounded like definitely a valid thing to try. So I'm not a fan of the sizing of these, the sizing is terrible. I normally wear a 3XL but because I was planning to use these shirts to sleep in, I figured... Well I know most companies don't size their plus lines appropriately, to be honest. Most companies claim they have up to maybe 6XL but the reality is that usually means they are sized funny and it's really only up to 3XL and the extra numbers were probably decided upon by a 12-year-old who wears a double zero and doesn't know how plus size people work or function so. The downside is that well, you have to size up. The 5XL is approximately what a normal purchased in the store 3XL t-shirt would be, and they are perfect. They fit me they don't ride up And they are stretchy and breathable enough that they're comfortable. So I've accepted the fact that I have to size up and I can deal, but there's some of my favorite sleep shirts and very comfortable. I feel that perhaps they are sized smaller because they are designed to be tightened form fitting so the scrub can be loose on top of it, but that's just a guess. Good shirts to wear under scrubs as a nursing student. The sleeves are fitted nicely except I have some gapping in the arm pits. I like that they are thin enough to not be uncomfortable while wearing multiple layers. The quality isn’t super high, though. Some of the stitching ripped on one of the sleeves just while I was taking it off. So be gentle while dressing/undressing. If you are planning on wearing the white alone, it is slightly see-through FYI ... show more

REALLY nice! I'm not sure what anyone is talking about when they say you can see their bra through these... I literally have worn a black bra & a leopard print bra underneath and if there was see through I must be blind to it... maybe it's a white bra thing? I don't own any of those, so that's all I can figure. (And I'm a 34DD - that's a lot of fabric surface area under the white tee and I saw nothing). The sheen/finish is nice; about like a Gap tee. No pilling after washing (granted before only washed twice). I live in Georgia, about an hour from ATL. Our weather motto is 'if ya don't like the weather today, come back tomorrow'. Autumn & Winter can be 70 one day and snowstorm with 31 a few days later. Layers are a must. I have so many tshirts and tanks for the loooooong, hot Spring, Summer, Second Summer, Is This Late Summer, Early and Still Hot Fall, Psych Its Still Summer, Wet & Muggy Fall, One More Summer, etc. months that I hate to buy any long sleeve anything. So I bought these for layering. They're fitted enough to be really nice under both a (layering) tank and a short sleeved tee. They're finished well and can, of course, be worn alone. And at $8-something each per 3 pack, less expensive than the local walmonster offerings. Just ordered the 3 pack of black and already got them within a day maybe a day and a half. ... show more

My 1st purchase was amazing. Very soft, and great fit. My 2nd order well let me explain the material isn’t the same, sleeves are tight fit and not much stretch.
