Hundreds of crush-resistant polyethylene tips form full bodied branches, creating a tree with remarkable realism. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this tree, the lights are positioned perfectly! There are no dark spots in the tree as I’ve seen on other viral trees, ease of assembly was a bonus, it does however take about 1 1/2-2 hours of fluffing , but wow this tree is massive and full! I am as particular and skeptical as anyone but I decided to take a chance on this tree, despite that it is a bit pricey. In the end, the look of it is what counts, and is that stock photo accurate or misleading you are probably wondering. I can confirm it is accurate, my end result looks just like the stock photo - however, you need to be prepared to put in some time to shape it properly, a one-time thing. Plan on investing 2-3 hours for this, with some patience, but if you do this, you will be amazed. Start from the bottom rows and work around the tree 1 row at a time. Unfold the clustered tips on each branch 1 branch at a time from the back to the front - note that the front of each branch also has 3 or 4 mini branches that you spread apart to fill out the front portion of each branch. This is going to get tedious quite fast, but stick with it and you will be thrilled at the outcome. The quality of the way this tree is made is all there, from the branches, to the tips which in this case are clustered in fours. Fan the clustered tips apart and upward in general (something you can't do with a real tree) which fills in the gaps and produces a full, realistic look. I started by putting just the bottom section in the stand atop a work table and completed that section. Then I set that section on the floor and added then shaped the middle section. Then I worked on shaping the top section separately then added it to the tree, and reshaped where it joins the middle tree section. If shaped properly, you can barely if at all see the center pole. The feel of the tips are also quite realistic - but with no sap :) As with a real tree, I did see a few needles come off during unpackaging and shaping, but only a small number. This tree is in 3 sections and is heavy when assembled, but that is a testament to its quality. In this model, the plugs for each section don't connect through the poles, rather they are normally strung plugs you can get at, which I like better for servicing if needed. Update: Picture is from 2020, 6 years later, and adding ornaments is the crowning adornment IMHO. Tree is just as beautiful as the first year we enjoyed it. It is worth noting that we have the ability to store this tree in our basement without compressing/boxing it, I simply move the 3 sections carefully and it stands in its natural form the rest of the year with a light plastic cover over it that I custom made to fit the shape of the tree. Storing it like this is likely a key to having it endure versus compressing and reshaping it, which perhaps would increase wear and tear and cause issues with lights. This 6th year I did notice for the first time a few lights that are out and I oriented the tree so they don't show. At some point if more lights go out, I will look into restringing it as a project. By the way, these lights at night provide an easy-on-the-eyes soft glow like a frozen twinkle, a perfect lighting effect, so I hope to replace bulbs with the same kind. Update 2024: There are now more unlit sections and I tried replacing several bulbs but I'm not getting sections to relight. It is unfortunate that the wiring was not designed where if one light fails, adjacent lights stay lit, so this is perhaps the biggest disappointment with this tree. Since I like the tree and branches, I am leaning towards stringing additional lights in the unlit sections by purchasing LED lights that remain lit even if one bulb goes out. ... show more

We bought this tree January 2021 & put it together for a few days to make sure it worked before packing it away for the year.. We purchased a tree bag with rollers to store it & have been very careful with it. The first year we put it up was Dec 2022 and one of the bottom branches sat lower than the others. I suppose we didnt see this when we first put it up for a few days after shipment. We put that branch towards the back because it couldn't be returned. We just took it out for 2024 & the lights on whole branches will not come on. We decided to add some lights to the parts that wouldn't work instead of throwing the tree away. After 5 mins of adding lights the whole tree has stopped working. This tree was to costly to only last 2 years. We did like the realness, fullness, ease of assembly even though it's very heavy. It did take more effort to plug in and plug additional lights on it because of placement of plugs close to the center of the tree. I am extremely disappointed bc I have bought several smaller trees through this company that have been great. This is the most important tree in the house and now we don't have a tree this year. ... show more

This will be the first review I ever make, and I have bought a lot of things on Amazon LOL . I was very nervous ordering a Christmas tree on Amazon, but I took a chance and this is the most beautiful tree I’ve ever had. I absolutely love it. It is nice and big and wide With so many lights. We were looking to replace our 15 year old beautiful full tree that was more work to put up than it was worth. I saw this tree and all the reviews and gave it a chance. I was pleasantly surprised at how much I like this tree. Set up was a.breeze. That alone deserves five stars. Three pieces and you’re done. The hardest and longest part was fluffing this tree. Took about two hours. The only reason I didn’t give this tree five stars is because the branches are a little thin and no matter how much fluffing we did you can still see through this tree because of the thin branches. When the tree if fully decorated and lite all that goes away. The branches are very sturdy and hold up all our heavy ornaments. The outside branches made of PE look so real and yes the inside branches are made of PVC plastic but no one will know unless the stick their head inside your tree. I wish they had used more PVC branches on the inside to help with the minor issue of being able to see through the tree. But that would have probably increased the price. Over all this is a beautiful tree. It is wide with at a 65 inch base and a true 7 1/2 feel tall. I had to fold the top branch to get my star on top. The family loves this tree and it’s an excellent replacement for our old tree. I definitely recommend. ... show more

Happy with the tree, beautiful. Let’s hope it last for a few years. These tend to burn out after a season or two. Didn’t crunch into one box or bag but separated pieces to give it space and hopefully no bulb issues.
