Arrived quickly and in a vacuum sealed bag in the box. This left me skeptical at first, because I didn't think it would offer very much support as tightly rolled as it was. Once I replace my original mattress with this one, and allowed it a good full day to expand, I was pleasantly surprised with how comfortable and supportive it was. The pillow top gave it that extra bit of softness I like, but still kept it firm enough to prevent my lower back from aching. Motion did not transfer to my wife's side when I got in, so this has helped to prevent accidental wake-ups in the night. This has been extremely great at restful nights, and makes no noise at all moving on it. Highly recommend this mattress, you will be happy with the support, comfort, and restful nights you will get with it. I do recommend giving it an entire full day to fully expand. ... show more

This firm mattress is really comfortable, my back loves it. The 14 inches of support feels really great. Of course the kiddos came to jump on it as soon as it poofed up out of the packaging, they approve as well. This is a perfect replacement for my 27 year old mattress. Extremely comfortable and supportive, I can now lay on my side and my hip and shoulder sink in just enough to allow my head to line up with my pillow perfectly. I sleep much better now. I got this king sized mattress to replace an old beat up one I had and it has been great. This Napqueen is think and definitely higher than my old one. It is more on the plush side for me but still very comfortable, kind of just sink into the bed in a good way. Only thing I wish is it had more of a firm support on the side of the bed to sit more comfortably but not a huge issue. Great mattress, highly recommended! ... show more
