Because of a health condition, my husband can’t eat white or whole wheat flour or sugar. After trying several other grain-free crusts, we’re so thrilled to have found these. As you can see, they hold up to a lot of cheese and toppings. Just try one!

    • Greatest choice for Grain Free
Some complain about the price but any fast food you would order is more money + filled with trash ingredients + def not grain free. My preference is a preheat cast iron pan and bake for 8 minutes. I love it as a base for a salad pizza or Avocado pizza (toast). I do wish it had less sodium.

The only complaint I have these vs Schar is these almost have a eggy aftertaste. But good for a breakfast pizza

    • Stupid expensive. Crazy good.
Oh how I wish this crust weren't so expensive. I get it, clean isn't cheap, but ugggghhhhh. And still, I buy it...because it's really, really good. I don't eat grains of any type. And I've tried pizza crust made of everything from chickpeas to canned chicken. THIS is the best crust. I think it's even better than traditional crust. But it's so dang expensive.     • Tastes great… the sodium doesn’t make sense?
This is an awesome tasting product and I was excited about the minimal ingredients. This would have been a 5 star product for me….Then I read the nutrition information. 430 GRAMS of sodium per 1/3 of the crust? That can’t be possible, yet it’s on every box I’ve looked at and in every photo on every site I’ve looked at. I’ve reached out to the company as well but haven’t heard back. I have family with dietary restrictions that could not eat this… but even without restriction this magnitude of sodium would greatly exceed over 400 days of what someone’s sodium intake should be. Until I know how much sodium is actually in a serving I won’t be purchasing again. ... show more

This is one of the best gluten free pizza dough I’ve ever had!! The ingredients are simple and straight forward. Once cooked the texture is similar to that of a thin crust pizza. It holds well under many toppings
