Package was a little beat up but no damage to the doll so I don’t care lol I’m so tired of people complaining about what underwear the dolls have on... maybe just don’t take the clothes off? Unlike the bigger ones there’s no extra outfits so there’s no reason to look other then digging for something to complain about Karen :/ Anyways, love the doll! I bought 3 of them to my daughters and my niece. Its worth it. I live the idea of the bag to put everything in one place. Easy to travel with where they won't lose their doll accessories. Christmas present for my daughter. I give it 4 stars because it only comes with one outfit which is something I knew before buying. It's kind of annoying to see a dress on the box that you can't even buy separately because this brand doesn't make outfits to buy.
