These are awesome picture frames and they look great on my wall! They do have an attached stand so you can set them on a table or shelf. I noticed that they were very light when I picked them up, the overlay is some type of plastic, not glass. Thankfully I have extra glass pieces laying around because the plastic scratched easily when I tried to clean it, use a microfiber towel to avoid scratching them. Other than that, they are great! I got these through the vine program but I would definitely be willing to pay for them! ... show more

No sooner did I pack away the last of the festival of lights season when I was hit with a replacement for the hall walls: 12 frames in various dimensions, pre-packed with pictures taken over the years of cherished memories. Constructed using premium framing wood (a sturdy wood with plenty of tiny natural brown cracks, a product of nature and a fantastic place to put a framing nail! There is this sophistication and rustic allure, transforming these picture frames into genuine pieces of art. Most importantly when buying a frame is to make sure won’t shatter into sharp. Pointed fragments of glass that has a built in child magnet that always attracts trouble to kids inventing KIDS in trouble an l there's no need to worry about potential harm to children, making these frames a safe and practical choice for any household. One tradition that is mounted in our hall of frames is the yearly school pictures. It is a ton of fun to jab at each other as we laugh of school time memories and jab at the hair cuts, Charlie brown shirts and missing teeth. I just received these frames and I'm not a fan. The printed "wood" look is very cheap looking in my opinion. They do not look as nice in person especially up close to what they look like in the photo for the listing. The price is nice for a collection of frames if these are your style. One of my frames came broken even though it was between other frames and they were all individually wrapped and packaged in a box then in another amazon box. ... show more

I love the value of these. I love that I could have a cohesive "mismatched" look without putting in a ton of effort. For the most part these are wonderful. They're light and it's not glass, so if you have kids like I do, you don't need to fret about little hands grabbing them. I don't like that a couple of the frames aren't a 90 degree corner. I didn't realize until I'd hung them up. I measured and leveled each one and somehow my wall looked off. Well, because a couple weren't 90 degrees it made my pictures look wobbly. It's not enough that anyone else would notice. But my eye goes to those frames every single time. ... show more

    • Nice set of varied finish wood frames, looks good from afar
I got this mostly for the weathered finished frames in the set, because this set is so inexpensive for so many frames it becomes a great value. If you're like me and only want a few frames in this set for a specific decor purpose, you can get the whole thing and the ones that don't fit that room's decor you can either use them elsewhere where they fit better, or just give them to people. From afar these frames look good, especially when they're not the centerpiece of attention (like using these in a larger design presentation with more eye catching pieces). Upon closer examination, you can tell the frames are kind of cheaply made, with the engineered wood looking kind of plastic and the glass is a plexiglass. But similar to artificial plants, these look good when they're used in a "zone 2" capacity, meaning they're not super close to where people would look at them within arm's reach, but are close enough to see the subjects in the pictures, basically background use pictures. ... show more
