    • Powerful little extractor
I got this product to replace my bissel that I was using. I have done detailing for about a year now and everytime I went to cleaned carpet. I was tired of having to tell my customers the Inconvenience of that your seats might still be just more than damp. First use out of the box was awesome this thing really does suck water it’s small and compact making it economical. I was afraid that this machine would leave my carpets nearly soak like other carpet extractor. This machine left my carpets almost dry after i was done. I was so impressed just how much suction power this machine had. Overall: this machine is an excellent choice if your looking at upgrading into a professional carpet cleaner. The small fresh water and recovery tank does make it a nuisance. But it’s perfect for your first real professional machine. I had no major issues out of the box but except one minor issues while running the machine. If you keep the pump and heater turned on it’s prone to water locking which won’t allow the water to come out of the gun. You have to turn the machine off and it let it cool to allow the heated pressure to alleviate. My suggestion would be to turn the machine completely off while you agitate. ... show more

Bought this for my husband for his business and the first time he used it , the pump broke . They sent another one and 4 months later it broke again and they sent another pump. After a year and a half it broke again. Same issue and they admitted that we may have gotten a bad one. He’s pissed right now and he needs it fixed!!!!!! ... show more

This is an amazing unit if you use it properly. Vacuum the work area first so you don’t clog everything. It’s not a vacuum cleaner. You can not complain about paying for quality. You can’t improperly use it and blame ignorance on the manufacturing company. I’ve used mine properly since 2019 and took great care of it. It’s still awesome. Read the instructions.     • Didn’t work straight out of the box!
Bought this to use in my car detailing hobby. Pulled it out of the box, read the directions, set it all up, turned on the heater (worked), turned on the pump (worked), turned on the vacuum- - - NO VACUUM! So, there I have a nearly $800 carpet watering machine!

    • Suction is fixable with a little bit of know how.
I just recently purchased this item to start my very first car detailing business the price was okay and I like the fact that it was heated. I seen the reviews that it has no suction but I figured I'd give it a shot anyways because it wasn't too much money. When I first got the machine I thought I had some fairly decent suction nothing major like a truck mount but as I begin to use it it began to lose suction. So how I fix this problem is if you take the top off of the dirty water tank there is a white piece of PVC pipe that they screwed into the vacuum housing I simply took it out cut it a little shorter because the mesh screen you have to pop off is hard to get back on because it's such a tight spot but if you cut it short it's easy to get to I took some The Right Stuff Permatex RTV and screwed it right back in there and resealed it and now the mesh screen is serviceable. in addition to that I also took some time and I cleaned out the dirty water tank thoroughly to where it is clean water coming out of there and my good suction came back. just going to have to service your little machine guys that's all it takes. ... show more
