I wasn’t sure how large this was going to be, but my very average sized 8 and 9 year olds have so much room to grow on this. I am a 5’4” adult and can flip on the lowest setting. The highest setting is great for them to practice skills like L hangs and pull ups or do drills with bands, yoga balls, etc. The kids can adjust this bar on their own, setup was a breeze by myself, and it folds so easily. As for the sturdiness…you might feel slight movement at the joints, but both kids scale this thing at the same time, climbing on every available side surface while myself or my 6’5” husband use the bar. It’s solid! We use an air track underneath and it’s a perfect fit and provides a safe landing space for all of us. It has been used for hours every day for a couple weeks now, so I don’t have long term feedback but I am pleased thus far. ... show more

Gave to my daughter for Christmas. She has been swinging on it all day for a week now. She is 8 years old and it is easy for her to move around. Sometimes needs help adjusting the height. We took a towel and wrapped it around the bar and taped it to stay on and it helps her with not hurting her stomach as she swings over multiple times. I am guessing you could use a pool noodle as well for this ... show more

Purchased this as my daughters Santa gift and when my husband went to put it together on Christmas Eve, one of the poles was bent in and wasn’t usable!!! Thankfully my husband was able to manipulate it with pliers to make it work (because no one wants to crush a 5 year olds biggest Santa wish o. Christmas), but it’s disappointing that a production issue like this occurs! I am never one to write reviews (literally never), but I just want to warn other parents to take it out ahead of time and make sure it all goes together so you aren’t stuck in the same lurch. There’s additional damage due to having to fix the pole (you can tell in the picture that it still isn’t a perfect circle but at least the pole fits in now), but that’s less damaging than my daughter waking up to a broken gymnastic bar in the morning. If you buy something, you at least expect all the pieces to fit together! ... show more

    • Easy setup kids love it.
Our girls started gymnastics recently so this is keeps them going on days we our home. Easy assembly, tons of fun for the kids. I suggest getting a padded mat for the area they will be using the bar in case of any accidents. (They are kids)

    • Good bars for the price
It was really easy to put together and my daughter loves it. I do wish it was a little sturdier and the coating is chipping off the bars. Overall it’s a decent bar for the price
