The media could not be loaded. Just when you thought it was safe to step into the world of micro arcades, MyArcade steps up its game with a fresh take on these nostalgic mini machines. By adding a joystick to the already compact design, they’ve taken the micro arcade experience to a whole new level. The concept is clever, though I’ll admit, if I revealed my one critique, they might just need to hire me! (Haha.) Ms. Pac-Man plays as smoothly as ever, and I really appreciate the subtle design tweaks, like the textured side grips that prevent the arcade from sliding or shaking on flat surfaces. It's a nice touch. However, I do wish they’d added a feature that lets players swap out the joystick ball for a more customized feel, catering to those who prefer different joystick types. The inclusion of a faster-paced version of Ms. Pac-Man is a fun challenge for anyone who’s already mastered the original though I’m still looking for the person who has! It really captures the essence of the classic game, just in a more portable, pocket sized form. As an owner of eight different MyArcade devices, I’m thrilled to see their products hitting Amazon. It makes it so much easier for collectors like me to find that one elusive model we’re missing. This latest version of Ms. Pac-Man is truly impressive. It reinvents the wheel while staying true to its roots, and in my opinion, it’s a perfect upgrade to the original. Even the sound quality feels very authentic to the original. The price is right naking them affordable for those who can't own tons of the larger arcade sets.
