    • Not a good product.
When I received the harp by UPS, it was very well packed and padded. The box was in good condition. But, when I opened the packaging, it looked as if the harp was stored upside down on a rough floor as the top of the neck was scuffed up. Seven of the long strings were stained with something that dried and wouldn't come off. The joint between the neck and the pillar was bad and looked as if they used wood putty to fill the gap. When I started the first tuning, the set screw on the tuning wrench stripped out and wouldn't hold the wood handle to the socket. I haven't tried all of the levers yet, but the ones I have tried, are not accurate. ... show more
