    • Tastes great, lactose free, 32gm of protein and the price can't be beat for 11oz vs. 8oz products.
I bought this Muscle Milk for a few reasons. I have MS and want to gain some healthy weight, improve my immune system and increase the high amount of protein that is great for healing body tissue. Another big factor was it is the only supplement I could find that is lactose/dairy free. Also, most other brands came in 8oz servings, this comes in 11oz servings - and almost always half the price of the other well-known brands. The intense vanilla flavor is very good, I haven't tasted the chocolate flavor yet, but I am sure it will be just as good, if not better. I ordered a friend of mine a 24 pack, 12 vanilla and 12 chocolate, to help her heal from an upcoming orthopedic surgery. She will love the taste and the 32gm of protein will aid in her healing process. I will be reordering this Muscle Milk for myself to insure I'll always have it on hand/in the fridge. Both the chocolate and vanilla ones are really good. Coming from a guy who doesn't drink protein shakes because they taste like trash, mind you. These are good. I've had 12-pack after 12-pack, months on end, and I'm not tired of them and they make me feel great. Drink one in the morning and I don't have to eat until 5PM, and I feel great all day. Or, drink one after a workout. Take a shower, drink up when you finally relax or before bed, and it does wonders in curbing post-workout muscle soreness. I recommend you try it at $20-22. If you get it lower, than definitely. Sometimes the price goes up to the high 20's or more, don't buy it. Wait for the price to lower again. The 40g protein pro ones went from $30 to $40 all of a sudden one day, and I just never bought em. These are amazing, in my opinion, 32g protein for the price. ... show more

    • Great flavor & Perfect for Protein Coffee
These taste so good-they are truly a treat and have plenty of protein and low net carbs. (Although they are a bit higher in calories and fat than I’d like-but if it’s a few extra calories or flavor, I’ll take the latter. I generally drink 2-3 a day. Or at least I was… My only disappointment came when I visited the Muscle Milk store on Amazon in hopes of ordering more of the Pro Series Vanilla and Pro Series Strawberry (they seem to be completely sold out, lately) to find their page plastered with “woke” ideology. I don’t understand why businesses think mixing politics into their advertising is a good idea. Regardless of my personal views, seeing a company pushing their agenda (unless, of course, their product is specifically based around a political view) is a HUGE turnoff, and because of this, I am now seeking out a new brand, despite how much I liked it. Muscle Milk Vanilla is my favorite protein shake. Good flavor, can use in things like coffee as a sweetener too. Only get the carton, the plastic bottles are horrible and a pain to open.

I love this more than the other bottled one only because this one doesnt taste like plastic vanilla. This flavor is the best! & in this milk certain type container I love it as mentioned its wayyy better than the Plastic bottled taste even though its the same flavor. This product is pricey but thats the only draw back wish I could get some type of discount rathan than saving only a few cents per order from the subscription. Overall its 5/5 in terms of taste & source of protein. I would give it 41/2 out of 5 just cuz of the price of being expensive. ... show more

Tastes pretty bad but it’s packed with protein and all the essential vitamins. Highly recommend, helps keep weight up and build muscle. But really does taste bad, kinda chalky.
