    • Extremely comfortable and stretchy, but not exactly a "muscle" polo

Firstly, this is similar to waffle shirt, except the lines are straight and not in the form of a waffle. Secondly, I workout 3-4 days a week, lifting heavy, and have a decent physique, and the shirt doesn't fit like a muscle polo should. There's nothing wrong with that at all, but I would either take a chance and go down a size if your looking for the "Muscle" aspect of it, or stay with your regular size if you want it to fit comfortably, and a tad loose. The fact that it's stretchy means you can go a size down and it will stretch around your muscles. But at your regular size it will probably be just like your other polos, maybe a bit more comfortable though. ... show more

I like polo shirts, but they have typically been loose-fitting. This is the first time I've tried a ribbed shirt and it was not only great looking and fitted, but also comfortable. Highly recommended!
