I bought this to help me move a window air conditioner. I was able to get the strap and handles secured around the AC unit. However, now the weight of the AC unit was all below my waist and put too much strain on my back. I ended up removing the strap and carrying the air conditioner above my waist to position the weight higher making it easier to carry without the strap. Good quality and easy to use. I had to move a dozen 60 gallon crates, most of them loaded with books. They weighed 40 to 50lbs. They were going down stairs. The crates were bulky and heavy. The straps worked well. The straps could be an inch or two wider that would help to stabilize a load. Of course wider straps and handle modified would increase the cost.     • Strap is too wide for handle and unable to thread bolt through.

Handle is good. Strap is too wid to run bolt through it to affix handle. Needed immediately folded strap and ran over and around bolt and square knotted it in place. Poor engineering or quality control of width of strap.

This is a product that is so basic and simple in design that it is amazing that everyone doesn't use them. If you are carrying a box or item that is wide and cumbersome, these straps are a godsend. Easy to use, easy to remove, light weight to carry. Get them for your next moving project.

Why do stores fail to use boxes with punch-in handle grabs when the contents are so absurdly heavy? Fix their bad customer service with this tool. Much easier to manage and move heavy boxes. Wish the handles were padded though.
