More than I would generally spend on a pair of pants, but let me tell ya, I have two pairs. They look like black pants, but stretch and give like leggings. I wear one pair to work, as they are sleek but also comfortable, and save my second pair for going out in. They can be dressed up or down, I went with an xs, and am 5'5 135, my legs are very muscular and I often have a hard time finding pants that are small enough on my waist that they don't fall down, but big enough for my calves and butt. The stretch helps them fit over my legs comfortably but also perfectly fit snug around my waist. I get so many compliments on these pants, and no kidding can do any stretch or movement in them without any problems at all. I could have fit in a size small for sure, but if you are concerned about the pants fitting your waist snug i would go down a size instead of up. They do fade a bit so if you are going to wear them 1-2 times a week, or wear them to work 2-3 like i do, be aware of the fading of color, or buy two pairs like I did! ... show more
