Well one can spend a lot more money for a glue gun but why. Mr. Pen glue guns work really well and also have a lighted off/on switch. I have one for the clear/white glue sticks and one for using the black glue sticks. No problems using and pretty easy to store.

What i liked is it worked great! Had to fix the golf club santa is holding and it is strong now! Tried superglue. Other glues all failed. I got the full kit because I do a lot of Halloween costumes and cosplay and I liked the idea of having a gun I can take on the go and have available to fix minor issues that might come up. That said the gun is high quality I love that this one has an on/off switch as my last one did not. It also heats up very quickly and doesn't seem to run at all which is pleasing for my craft table as well as my wallet. You're not going to get any fancy settings but the glue gun works as, if not better than expected and as safely as a hot glue gun can get. The kit includes a good amount of glue which is nice and a handful of other useful tools for working with it which I really didn't care about at first but are proving to be quite helpful.
