Love this coffee! I was grinding my own beans and using a French press to make a great cup of coffee. But now I ask myself…why all that bother? This is so quick and yet sooo good! Plus , when warm weather comes, I can make ice coffee without having to make it hot first. This is really great tasting coffee. I don’t understand the negative reviews, except for the ones where the glass bottles broke. Mine were wrapped really well. My second order came in the bags. I add a mushroom powder to my coffee most of the time. I bought this to save money from buying expensive mushroom coffee from popular brands out there. Plus this is organic! This Mount Hagen freeze dried instant coffee is fantastic! Among the 5+ instant coffees ive tried, This one is the best. I've tried nestles instant, folgers noir instant, among a few other random instants, this tops it. The smell and taste is fantastic. I have purchased this 10 times now over the last few years and basically won't drink any other coffee! I love that it's smooth and not bitter. Also that I can make my coffee as strong as I want with just water (hot or cold). Travels well.

First tried this coffee while in vacation this past winter - I was pleasantly surprised how good it was. I grew up in the 50’s and my family only used instant coffee at that time. I have used percolator's, drip coffee makers, kureg, and french press coffee makers. This coffee makes the best iced coffee (at least one daily) and meets my needs for coffee during the day. In my original review, I said Mt Hagen Coffee was bitter taken black and had no aroma. I still find it to be a bit on the bitter side. But I was wrong about the aroma. It actually has a good coffee aroma, and I've begun adding a quarter tsp per cup to my regular instant coffee to enhance it's aroma. Not sure why my coffee nose wasn't working with the first couple of cups. I've upgraded Mt Hagen from 1 star to 4. ... show more

I'm really lucky to have found Mount Hagen instant coffee. It's the best instant coffee I've ever tasted, it easily dissolves in cold water. It's very convenient for an iced coffee drinker like me. I wish I had found it sooner
