I bought this radiator cap for an 03 PT cruiser turbo I clicked on the vehicle fit qualifier and it said it fit my car and it had the proper pressure listed on the cap. I put it on my car in about a month into it, my car overheated blew a water hose, so I took it off and thought my head gasket might be bad. I went to the local store and bought a radiator cap and placed it on the car. Seems to run. OK now I do have some faint bubbles coming up from the neck of the radiator however it could be just residual air. I’ve also bled the system. I would just go and buy a stock radiator. Cap did not try to save 10 or 15 bucks. This is an update on my review so I called customer service and after enduring over five minutes of Bob the Bot, I was able to get to a live agent and I must’ve been on the phone with this person for 10 minutes explaining what happened and they said all we can do is give you a refund on the part that you bought that I said was defective and of course I was upset because it did look like I blew my head gasket and so after being on the phone with this person for another no doubt 8 to 10 minutes, she wanted to transfer me to this person or that person so I waited and she came back on the line and it said that she’d give me a refund but what happened was I told him you know I’ve spent way too much time on the phone trying to explain what happened to me and I pointed out the fact that the merchandise had a listing that didn’t say it had it fit a PT cruiser however, when I use the qualifier when I punched in my car, it said it fit right so I told her I had to go and I hung up the phone and I checked back today and I didn’t even get a refund on the part . ... show more
