Edited comments from original post: My first necklace was purchased for me by my daughter. It broke after purchase. When I contacted the company they did not replace. I bought another one for the chain and to be able to add another bead to my grandmother necklace. The slide bar at the other end of the second necklace then broke off. I was very disappointed and wanted something sentimental to commentate their births. The seller responded promptly to my dissatisfaction and is passing my concerns on to the product team.
