My hair is thinning out so I bought this to keep up with my messy bun look. It works. If you have thin hair, it works too. It takes me 2 seconds to do my hair and it's perfect for lazy days. I brushed it out before wearing it and it helps make it fuller looking. The piece was a tad darker than my natural hair color but you can't tell unless you really look and study my hair. I have purchased 4 of these messy buns in various colors. The higlights and hair quality are nice but the actual band is bulky and I have NOT had this kind of sewing in my previous purchases. Honestly surprised this passed quality control.

I ordered this due to suddenly & inexplicably losing well over a foot of my beautiful, healthy, long hair about 6 months ago. Needless to say its been absolutely devastating & being faced with pulling it up into what is now a sad, puny bun or ponytail was just reminding me of how awful the state of my hair has become & was a constant reminder of it, so I was looking for something to avoid seeing that every time I looked in the mirror. For10 bucks, the boost to my self esteem has been worth every penny I spent & more. The first & third pics are of me wearing the product (ash/bleach blonde) and the other 2 are of my real hair before it abandoned me. You can see how natural it looks & how much it matches my real color and texture- seriously, my kids didn't even realize that it wasn't my hair (& I have 2 20 something daughters and a teenage son who calls me out on any fashion fail! Lol) I've been wearing it every day since I got it almost a month ago, even fallen asleep in it, & it is comfortable, easy to put on & looks just as good as the first day I received it. My daughter could *not* believe it wasn't mine, or human hair, after I told her, & I haven't had any issues with it stretching out either. I used this “fake bun” for my wedding hair, which I did myself. I think it turned out beautiful and looks like a professional up do. People couldn’t believe I did my wedding hair myself! It looks great in photos too, you just flip it over a bun or a ponytail like a rubber band!

This is by far my most favorite hair accessory ever! I have long dark brown hair, but it's thin and I can never get that full bun/messy bun look I crave. I was using an extra large scrunchy to wear around my top bun to give it a fuller look, which was fine but not perfect.... I ordered this hoping it would give me the look I wanted, and also help me do my hair faster/easier. The color (dark brown) matched my hair, and the product is nice and full and super easy to use. I finally achieved the perfect full messy bun I have been striving for!! I've worn this thing soooo many times, even fell asleep with it in a few times, and it still looks as good as when I first got it. It comes in a little zip lock bag, I keep it in there when not wearing it, I've had no problems with this.product whatsoever. It was very inexpensive too! I absolutely love this thing. It's basically like a scrunchie with hair, so it's very easy to put in, and I found that if you use it to make a messy bun with (versus just putting it over an already made bun), you can kinda mix your hair in with it and it looks even better, especially if the color isnt exactly perfect! I wanted to buy one of these to get the look of a messy bun without the fuss of figuring it out myself. I have layers so there are always shorter hairs sticking out when I attempt and it's not cute. Unfortunately I couldn’t find a color that blended with my hair color as the dark brown was too dark and the other with auburn mixed in was too red, so it looked blatantly fake which is not what I going for.
