Gouda is the best flavor in my opinion. It reminds me of the white cheddar cheez-its. Pepper jack is good too. The cheddar tastes like feet though. I'm trying to like it, but i can't. I'm gonna buy more of the gouda and pepper jack though. It definitely helps cuz I'm doing keto, and I'm a big time snacker. This helps me snack and stay in ketosis. ... show more

These took me a few times to get used to the hard crunchiness of the cheese balls. But, it was for that fact that I kept coming back to snack on them. The flavor isn't very strong, wished it were stronger. They are pricey though, so I recommend trying a trial pack before committing to several packs. After being on keto for over a year I was getting bored with pork rinds as my "crunch fix" and I finally tried these. All of my friends raved about them, said they were sent from heaven, etc.....but I'm definitely NOT loving them. The crunch is the best part - almost candy-like hardness. I do love that. But, the flavor was not great. They are very sharp - especially the Cheddar. I can't manage to eat more than 3 or 4 of them. The price is also high compared to other brands. I gave them 3 stars because they do deliver what they promise: crunchy snack with no carbs. But, I won't be buying these again. ... show more

Very tasty. I got a sample pack (one each) of three flavors - Gouda, Cheddar and Pepper Jack. While the taste for each cheese was representative of its expected flavor, I'd say that the Pepper Jack was my favorite. Think of these treats more as a delicacy than a filling snack because the packets aren't large - it was a sample pack after all. If you're think of sitting down and eating a whole bag as a healthy and filling snack, get one of the larger bags. Also, I liked the fact that these snacks had a healthy expiration date of nearly a year - not that they'll be sticking around for that long. : ) ... show more

I decided to try these after first being introduced to the Cheddar Cheese Bites and Pepper Jack Cheese Bites from Nature Box - which I LOVE! However, Nature Box is a subscription/membership service so it can be pricy and I was looking for a similar product. Ok...so the flavor of these snacks is good and very comparable to what I had from Nature Box. However, I have 2 major complaints. 1) They tasted stale and 2) The bags are TINY!!!! It says there are a Couple servings in the bags, but most of the bags are full of air and you can easily eat the whole bag for a snack or a packed lunch side item. Would’ve loved to have loved Moon Cheese so I could buy these again, but the stale crunch texture and the tiny packages leave me unlikely to purchase again in the future. ... show more

If you've read the description closely, you know that these re not crackers or chips. They are actual cheese. Not sure how they accomplish it, but the bits of cheese are dried & seem to be slightly aerated, making them very light and giving them crunch without being hard to chew. But they taste like the cheese they are made from- they are not dusted with flavorings, etc. It's quite different, and might take a little getting used to, but I enjoyed this as a low carb alternative to grabbing a handful of Cheeze-Its or other crackers/chips. Certainly not a bargain, but nothing low carb ever is. Liking having these on hand for snack attacks to satisfy a craving. ... show more
