We have owned this vanity over a year, and it looks like new despite frequent use. It is made of heavy, durable plastic and stands solid. The center lightning-bolt mirror opens to reveal shelves, and there is more shelving in the lightning-bolt leg. There are 4 "electric outlets" that the accessories can actually plug in to. The center drawer pulls out and is quite roomy. The chair is also heavy plastic and the seat swivels. I was sure the base of the chair would soon be broken when I first purchased this set, but it is still solid and sits nice and straight. I love that accessories come with the vanity, I dislike having to purchase additional accessories to make a toy complete. ... show more

Okay I hate Monster High and all its ilk, but if you like it, this is exactly what they sell in stores but for cheaper. We bought it for my wife's godchild and she loved it, so I guess it was worth the money. Expect Barbie level build quality, which is to say cheaper plastics and this the don't quite stand up as the should (if you have any dool products like this, you know what you are getting). ... show more

Got this on Amazon before it was in the stores and before the price rocketed! My daughter is a Monster High addict and this was perfect for her birthday. It matches Frankie's bed perfectly and she spends hours in the Barbie House with her Monster Dolls. We also have Abbey's Ice Bed, and it rocks too! This toy looks like it will be a lot of fun for our granddaughter who is really into these dolls. It looks better in person than in the picture which is a nice surprise. Very colorful and it has additional items on the dresser top.

It's cute. Daughter enjoys. Not meant as a rugged toy. Goes well with Frankie's bed set and color theme. Now if they'd make a dollhouse for all this furniture, that would be fantastic
