If I don’t put this anti chafing cream on I would have red rashes and scalding red patches under my breasts, around my inner thighs and my stomach. Since having a hysterectomy, I am breaking out in cold sweats and scalding patches on me. I started purchasing this cream while staying in the hospital with my mother n law. There’s only one sofa and chair and I slept on the sofa at night you can only turn in one position. I got the irritation red scalding again. My husband drove me to Walgreens and this is where I first found this Monistat chafe relief. I’ve been purchasing from Amazon ever since. I ran out one day thinking I would have enough and reordered it again. I can’t go without it. This is silky smooth once it goes on and I don’t have to reply until later in the evening and after a shower. Get this!! Not the others! I got this chaffing cream, 2 deodorant like sticks, and thigh patches to try as part of a personal experiment and based on the recommendations of others online. This is the 3rd of the experiment that I tried and I stopped because this WORKED!!! When applying, the gel creates this thin, smooth, layer on your skin. I have big thighs that rub together constantly. I have to wear long shorts, even under dresses, to protect my thighs. I tried this gel while I was on vacation in DC in the summer! I was indoors most of the time but I spent a good bit outside too (90 degree weather). This cream lasted from 8-4 with 2.4 miles of walking — When I reapplied, it was just in case bc I could feel the barrier starting to thin and I felt irritation from my jean shorts. I had an outfit that 2 weeks prior, I wore with the patches and those patches created rashes on my thighs. They literally hurt for days! This time, wearing the outfit, I wore the Monistat gel and had absolutely ZERO issues! I walked around for 7 hours and didn't need to reapply, and I was dancing yall!! This thing lasted through the little bit of sweating I did. My friend even used it because of my experience and she didn't have any issues either! I absolutely love this gel for my inner thighs in the summer. One application typically keeps me chafe-free all day, on really hot or more active days, I may re-apply in the afternoon. I have such a hard time finding this stuff in the drug store and good luck if you ask anyone for help! Chafing relief gel is so underrated and not as known about as it should be! A long time ago I found a stick of something similar (looked like a deodorant stick) but I have yet to find it again. Buy not one, not two but three of these! Put it in your medicine cabinet, purse and desk drawer at work! This is a mandatory for those of us with the big thighs in AZ! For reals though, the one thing I love the most is I tried the “deodorant” stick type and it just felt sticky! I stumbled across this product in a store a few months ago. I could not remember where in the world I bought it from. I started freaking out cuz i was getting so low on product. I Checked every store I could think of. Finally I came on here and ordered 2. The price is excellent AND you get more product. It truly is non greasy and goes on silky just like the package states. If you are sensitive to smells, there is none. I have eczema and have not had any sensitivity issues. I am larger chested and use it faithfully under my breasts and around my bikini and thigh area. I was skeptical because I used to get pretty bad heat rashes under my breasts. Well….since using the gel…I have not had ONE sign of a rash and no chafing on my thighs.
