I needed a wig last minute and thought this would be the perfect purchase. I thought I would be getting a great bang for my buck. Boy, was I wrong! For starters, my original delivery date was August 22nd. It did not arrive until two days later and I ended up not being able to wear it to the event I was dressing up for. It wasn't the end of the world. I just did something else to my hair. Once I finally opened the package, I was so excited! It was beautiful! It felt very soft and very full, exactly what I wanted! It was also true to length. I thought this was a great purchase! I was prepared for mild shedding, as curly wigs tend to shed more than other textures, but when I tell you this hair fell out by the handful on its first wash I meant it with no exaggeration! I did not bleach the knots long to avoid further shedding. I didn't brush it for the same reason. I gently finger detangled instead because the hair was literally just falling out with the slightest touch. To say it shed is an understatement. It is literally balding! The first picture is what came out during the first wash. It was even worse after conditioning. It has now been 4 days since I installed it and the lace is full of bald spots! Mind you I have not combed or brushed it to avoid this happening! I have taken every precaution and have been extremely gentle. This is simply a poorly made unit! For over $200, I expected way better quality. At first glance this is a beautiful unit, but do not be fooled! I had such high hopes for this purchase and am gravely disappointed. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I loved this wig so much that I I posted it on my TikTok @ciaramariewhalen 13x6 32 inches kinky curly. Now when I first got it I was amazed and in love I gave it 5 stars. I’ve gotten this wig twice from this company first I got the 24 inch kinky curly 13x6. The hair did feel like 250 density until it started shedding. It sheds a lot!!!!!!! Everytime you detangle or wash it sheds and now the wig is really thin. Also the more you wash and reinstall it gets dryer no matter how much you try to take care of it and use expensive products it dries out. Even with the drying out it’s still easy to detangle with ease and I brush it dry and wet and never have to be rough with it but the hair just comes off dry even when wet. I will still get this hair again but beware you will get about 3 installs before it starts looking thin I suggest get two and change them out so you don’t wear the hair out of that makes sense so I got a back up wig same length and texture. Also the company reached out to me and wanted to send me free hair to review asked me for my address and everything I never asked them and I did not like the fact that they lied to me like they were gonna send me free hair to review you don’t need to lie in order to gain business I was gonna keep buying anyway but I never got the free hair. Other companies have sent me free hair to review and I have sent customers their way so I’m not pressed for free hair I can buy my own. The lace on the wig melts good small knots didn’t need to pluck and it bleached well. Please fix the shedding part asap and the wig will be perfect otherwise knock some money off cause $309 is way too much for a wig that sheds and only last three weeks. Also please make this wig in 40 inches we like long hair now I love the 32 inches but 40 in kinky curly would be amazing with no shedding. If this wig was HD I'd give it 5 stars but the lace ruins the wig. The wig is nice and full. Soft with minimal shedding. All it needs is water and leave in conditioner. So happy I tried this vendor !
