Expensive pair of shoes. I wasn't sure if I was going to keep them as they are very narrow in the toe box and around the foot; however, I missed the window to return them in my going back and forth deciding. Beautiful shoes, leather is soft as can be; just super expensive for not fitting perfectly, and will have to be loosened. Length is fine, and I have average feet, so I thought these would fit more like comfortable slippers due to the high priced cost. I am very pleased with this shoe. The leather is pretty and soft, the support is very good, and the shoe as a whole is lightweight. I love that it looks like a wooden stack heel but is actually much less dense, and is covered with a rubber outsole. I have a bad back, making stiff-heeled shoes and boots quite uncomfortable for standing around or walking. But these are easy. I am also happy that there is a layer of leather underneath the cut-out pattern, so you can enjoy a fun accent without having socks show through - or letting cold and rain get in.
