Some other reviews state that the connection is a problem, which I did see, but if you're constantly using the keyboard it doesn't disconnect entirely and force you to spend thirty seconds getting it to reconnect. I did notice it is a little wonky reconnecting to the PS5 when you get on next, but turning it off and on twice seemed to be foolproof. Otherwise, it's a really good keyboard! Small, doesn't interfere with my grip on the controller, doesn't HAVE to be plugged into the headphone jack to be used and, while it's a little bit to get used to because again it's smaller than a typical keyboard, it works great! I would highly recommend it to anyone who plays games with a chat system. ... show more

DO NOT BUY THIS!!! IT WILL STOP WORKING AS SOON AS YOU START USING IT!!! I Would give 0 stars if I could. Waste of money. It’s not made to be used passively. Plus it barely fits on to the PS5 controller. It only works right when you first turn it on. It immediately stops working as soon as the LED lights turn off (it feels almost like it was made to not work 100% of the time and for it to work 100% of the time you’d have to be using it 100% of the time. Like what the #*%* am I supposed to use it for? Typing an essay for school? Get the heck out of here!) I LITERALLY have to mash the buttons for OVER 5 MINUTES to TRY and getting working again, only for it to IMMEDIATELY STOP WORKING again after I’m able to type again. SUCH A HASSLE! I really wish I didn’t buy this. It belongs in the trash! Like, that probably what they intended it’s purpose was; to be thrown in the trash as clutter. At least that’s the only conclusion that I can come up with because it simply doesn’t work. That’s exactly how it should be advertised - “need more trash laying around the house?     • My review with my experience having a chat pad on Xbox.

I thought is was a cool idea to have a chat pad which makes it easier to type sentences. 2 things I do not like so far is 1. Since it works by Bluetooth, as soon as you connect chat pad to controller, all sound coming from TV is muted and Audio comes out of controller and then I have to go into settings and change sound to go back to TV again continuously every time I connect the device. Thats an inconvience since I just want the normal sound to come out of tv and regular sounds from the controller to come from the controller. 2. It is not snuggly connected to the PS5 controller. It is loose and I constantly have to push it in snug. Both things I mentioned do not make item unusuable, but just more of inconviences I feel if the items didn't do those 2 things, it would make it a 5 star item.
