It’s a nice helmet does what I need for the price. Face Shield switch easy enough! But seriously y’all do NOT trust the size guide and get a size up! Had to order a second helmet and do a return.

    • Get one size bigger than you normally would

This is a nice helmet and it appears to be made well. The tinted sun visor is easy to operate. The flip-up portion has a release button in front of the chin that's a little stiff to operate but it's easy to get used to. The styling and build materials are nice. It comes with both clear and iridescent main visors so you can choose which one you like best. It has an anti-fog vent in front of the chin with an exterior lever to open and close easily. There's a space for bluetooth speakers but I did not try that out as I don't have any yet. My only complaints about the helmet: Get a size bigger. I wear a large in Arai and Sheoi helmets. This large is way too small. My chin can contact the front of the helmet and if I use the flip-up, when I pull it down it contacts the sides of the helmets and won't close unless I comress the sides a little so the front will clear. The fact that the helmet deflects that much from being undersized is a little concerning, but I think if I'd got and XL I wouldn't even have noticed. I also think there needs to be a little more soft padding at the top of the helmet and it needs a top vent to keep your head cool in hot weather. ... show more

This helmet is very cheaply made the plastic feels like a cheap child's toy. It feels like if you were to drop it it would shatter. There is no way I would trust my life with it. Also while wearing the helmet when the wind blows it causes you head to whip around and after about an hour you want to yeet the thing over a cliff! ... show more

This helmet will work for not getting a ticket and that’s only why I give it any stars. I truly don’t believe it’s a true DOT approved helmet. Every time I take it on/off, something on this stupid thing comes off. Visors won’t stay on, nose/breathe deflector won’t stay on, chin mesh won’t stay on etc. save your money and just buy one more expensive. This is truly just a waste. ... show more

This helmet is a nice, lightweight piece. It's easy to flip up the modular bottom half, and it feels solid when you close it back down. I wear a size large in an HJC helmet, and this one fits me just as well. It seems a bit shorter than my full face helmet, but it's not uncomfortable. There's a sort of "filter" for under your chin to keep debris/bugs out, but airflow in. It comes with a breath deflector to help with fogging. I got the white version, and it's nicer than described- it's got a glossy pearl finish rather than a plain glossy white...if you like that kind of thing. There are seals at the top and bottom of the visor to keep water out. The "mirrored" visor, that comes with it as an extra, is great as it's not super dark (lighter smoke base) so that you'd have to change it out when the sun goes down (although it does say it's for daytime use only). If you need darker, the flip down sun visor is plenty dark and easy to use. They also throw in some reflective stickers for extra visibility. As far as how well it protects, I hope I never have to find out- or am still around to review that part! The only thing I don't like are the top air vents- there's no instruction on how to open them (they slide up at an angle) and when you figure it out, they are very stiff to move.
