The only criticism is that having kept an opened (but properly sealed) pack in storage for several months, the powder hardened and I was uncomfortable using it even though the "use by" date was still several months away. I have a Mr. Coffee Frappe machine and this works great. I use 4-5oz milk, I add an extra scoop of powder my preference, then ice , caramel, and whip cream. So good

I bought this based on others reviews saying it tasted just like McDonald’s caramel frappes. It does NOT taste JUST like theirs. There is a distinct difference in caramel flavor. I prefer McDonald’s still over this one. That being said, if you are craving a frappe and don’t have access to McDonald’s than this would cure the craving. Other than the fact that the price doubled between orders I love it. I had it on auto delivery. When the price doubled I don't buy it as often as I like.
