The media could not be loaded. I bought this whiteboard about two months ago. The package arrived without any damage. Assembly was super easy. All I need to do just put the wheels on the bottom ring, insert poles and spring on the base, slide my whiteboard into the bracket and I am ready to go. The spring inside the tube helps to adjust the height of the whiteboard. Spring is an option. I don't use it because the height is perfect. without spring. It came with 1 magnetic eraser, 3 pens and 6 magnets, detachable aluminum trader to hold markers. The dimension is 24×36 inches. This dimension is perfect to use in office, school or any public area as bulletin board. By the way, the company date to offer a lifetime warranty for its whiteboard. I will assume it is a big plus. The quality is great. Writing and erasing experience is super smooth. the price is totally affordable. It’s stable. I love the base the most. Five wheels with lock is rare to see but it worked better than the base only has 4 wheels and save a lot of space. While I haven’t yet used this item yet, it was easy to install. However once I got it all together I noticed a slight dent in the whiteboard itself. I uploaded a picture but it hard to tell with the glare. The item is light and easy to pick up. I will see how sturdy it is as I continue to use it this year. It is a slim design which is what I was looking for, to take up less space. Overall pleased so far, just wish it wasn’t dented! ... show more

I was impressed by the care of the packaging. As a result, it arrived perfectly. The assembly is really simple and easy. There's no lock on the wheels but I don't need it as it's very stable and heavy enough that it doesn't move around when drawing/writing on it. The erasers and markers included work perfectly. The magnetic surface is really useful to hang some of my other markers that came with magents. For my New Years Resolution, I wanted to transition from traditional daily to-do lists (rewritten every morning) to an Agile Kanban Board. This is a perfect whiteboard to set by my workstation, and use as a workflow system. I've been an Agile Coach for decades, and I decided to apply the practices to my own daily work. If you aren't familiar with a Kanban board: I divided the board into sections for Backlog (Do Someday), Committed (Will do, haven't started), In Progress (Working on now), On Hold/Roadblock (Had to stop), Follow UP/Schedule (Need to setup a meeting, email, Call or IM), and Completed (What I finish during the day). Whenever a task comes up or I'm asked to call someone, I put it on a write a note on a sticky note and put it in one of those sections, so I don't loose track of it. Throughout the day, I move them around as I work different items. I even started using a color coded sticky note system for: Green (Personal), Blue (Administrative), Red (Project Related), Yellow (Training/Development). This board is the perfect size for my needs. I'll post a picture -- though my desk is messy at the moment, and I must blur the words on the Post-its. The board comes with every thing I needed... so I don't have any complaints.
