The screws supplied on my original order were way to short, only one and a half turns engage the nut when it is assembled to the hand guard and tightened all the way. I hade to make a trip to Home Depot to buy some 12mm long M4 flat head machine screws. Plan on doing this and using some blue Loctite if you don't want this to fail. I ordered another one, to attach to a different rifle. This time it was shipped with longer screws. Problem resolved. ... show more

This is a great product. I mount this to my rifle to use it on a tripod. It even has stop screws on the end of the underside to prevent the gun from sliding off tripod. Very happy with this and at a good price point.

    • Screws to short
Rail is nice and machined well. The included screws are way to short to secure the rail inside of the hand guard. Thankfully i have lots of spare parts to work around this but if you don’t then the rail becomes virtually unusable with the included hardware.

    • Screws to shorttttt!!!!
Don't waste your money on guessing if these will fit. Really why make the screws so short. Another 1/8 if an inch would probably do. But now this is worthless unless I can find screws that fit!! Update had some screws and was able to make it work
