Reviewed in the United States on January 12, 2024 by Highly dissatisfied and embarrassed,it came in this huge box,I had a few people over as usual and asked for help with this box inside a box,and when we opened it it was packed and wrapped up so neatly and professionally,only to reveal that is wasn't in good condition as they said in it's description,it was so filthy food drippings all over rust in spots and it appeared to have been more than used it was old looking the shine was gone, and let's not talk about the battery compartment and all it's rust that caused a cut on my thumb,the embarrassment I will not soon forget my first response was to clean it so I didn't get pictures and after a through cleaning it was still ugly..never again will I order from this company I got more than I bargained for..,

Honestly the set looked really good and was super comfortable for my husband, unfortunately My set came torn, and his work is just far too hard for the quality of material, it’s not the best (he does hard labor). Contacted customer service and they gave me a full refund ! Thank you
