Compact but still has room for wallet, passport, cellphone, and other small items. It's a mistake to call this a purse, it's too small, the company should aim it at travelers, not everyday users, but I was eager to try it because I need a small travel pouch for valuables, a phone, air or train tickets that will fit UNDER a jacket (so it doesn't attract attention and isn't easily stolen). My old one was wearing out. This is well crafted, attractive, has a wide enough strap for comfort (similar to a guitar strap and easy to adjust), zipper pockets, two main inner pockets, and a further small inside pocket. Unfortunately the smallest inside pocket where I wanted to store my passport is a quarter-inch too narrow but the passport fits fine on the other side. The cellphone fits comfortably in the front pocket even if it already has a cellphone cover (I have a leather cover on mine). I like this pouch, it's as practical as my old one while also being more attractive with a more comfortable strap. My only concern was the magnetic close. It's convenient but the magnet isn't super strong. If the cellphone is in the front pocket and the pouch turns upside-down while being pulled off the body, there's a small chance the weight of the phone could push open the catch and it could fall out. It's not high risk, just something to be aware of. Because of the catch and because this is advertised as a purse rather than a travel pouch, I couldn't decide between 4 or 5 stars. I love little purses that are this size and when my last one wore out - I grabbed this one. Very Happy! They did a really nice design creating this purse. Its small, yet it has a double pocket deeper design so it can hold more and be organized. There's even an additional zip pocket on the back & extra pocket on the front. The built in credit card organizer.. I probably won't use as I like my tiny compact credit card organizer that I can drop in a pocket; but I will still find a use for the purse's built in card organizer. I find that it is good for storing "eye glass cleaning cloths", lip balms, and other small items that I want quick easy finds for. I like that with the 2nd deep pocket I can carry "pkg of nose tissues", Sun glasses, etc. It a very useful design. I also like the its made from a high quality PU Leather and the cross body strap is thick and sturdy with good buckles & snaps. Best of all the purse has a Classy Classic look to it and in black it will go with any outfit. I can dress up or casual down and this purse will go with my clothes. What you see is what you get...sort of. The bag does look exactly as pictured in the photograph, but you don't realize just how awful that strap is until you put it on...it's oddly put together and it just doesn't look good. Good luck trying to get things out once you put anything in. The inside pockets are very tight and I have small hands. I put in some coins in the outside zipper pocket, some cash and a few plastic cards and my cell phone...that was it if I want to have access to a second plastic card. As someone who is vintage/retro...I've had smaller purses with more room. ... show more

I got this because I loved the look of it and the idea of it. But whoever designed this has no understanding of how a woman uses a bag/purse. First, the opening is quite narrow and so you cannot see or reach anything that makes its way to the bottom of the purse. There are four credit card slots. But when I tested the first one to make sure my cards would fit, it turns out the top slit wasn't a slot for credit cards at all. Instead, it was the top of a silky divider. The real slots did hold my credit card, but only the top two were easy to access. The ones lower down (in the depths of the purse) were too far from the top to 1) be able to identify what card was in what slot, and 2) be able to pinch the card and pull it free when I needed it. For some reason, there is a divider right down the middle of the purse. The opening at the top is already narrow enough, but the divider narrows the opening even more. There is no separate compartment for cash/coins. And if you do just put the cash inside the main compartment loose, I'm not sure you'd be able to reach in to get out your money. I guess the positive there is that if you can't get your money out, you can't spend it. The only thing that I can say that is positive about this bag is that it looks like it did in the picture and is very stylish. I'm disappointed that it is so impractical and that I won't be able to use it as intended. I can't recommend this. Look elsewhere if you want a small bag to hold your phone. ... show more

The zippered center measures 4.5 inches wide and is split into two sections. The rear section contains slots to hold your license and a few credit cards. These are particularly difficult to access and are the only downside to the bag. Instead, my wife keeps a small amount of cash and her cards in a change purse that nicely fits in this section. It is easy to remove but securely held in place when zipped shut. In the forward zipper section, she keeps her car keys and flip phone (a modern cell phone would fit in this pocket alone). The whole bag is fastened with a magnetic clasp. The strap clips on and remains secure. The bag easily wears across one shoulder and sits on her hip at the strap’s fullest length. Also, the strap is comfortable to wear. An excellent value, this crossbody bag is appealing to the eye, and my wife is incredibly happy with this item. ... show more
