I play collegiate-level rugby, so my practices and games involve a lot of contact and high-impact running, tackling, being tackled, etc. I got these sports bras because I felt like my current ones just were not cutting it and didn't give me the support I needed. I have a medium to large sized chest, and wear a 36C (sometimes a D), and can definitely say that these sports bras are amazing!!! I wear a medium in these, and they provide amazing support and my chest doesn't bounce at all and feels very secure. They are somewhat compressing, which I could see as a con for some people, but if you need something for high impact or want to make your chest seem smaller/flatter, these 100% do the job. I like the fit and stretch better than any of my other sports bras and have basically replaced all my old ones with these. I'm a fitness instructor and am active daily. These are my default for hiking, fitness classes, and general wear. I especially like the extra comfortable coverage around the sides and back. Do yourself a favor and just buy the 5 pack. I ordered a MEDIUM and am about 5”3 and 140lbs. Not mad about it! I got these for every day use as I work outside a lot in the yard and cleaning boats. I have yet to wear them to work (I’ll update once I do), however they fit nicely. The cutout in the back is cute! I wish the ribbing around the hemline weren’t so tight, but I’ve also only been wearing it about five minutes - shrug. The sport bra fit me a little big, I mean, I can take them off without fighting for my life, so I guess it's a good thing they fit a little big. They are durable, good colors, and comfortable enough for working out or going out to the grocery store if you don't want to wear bras.
