I had these sheets for about two months. I was surprised that in just two months a hole wore through where my feet are. It was in the fitted sheet. I contacted the company and asked for a replacement and that I would mail the damaged sheet back. Here's the response I got from the company: "Hi John, Thank you for reaching out! I am sorry you're having an issue with the sheets. Unfortunately, we no longer process replacements for Amazon orders. Kindly direct your email and request to Amazon Support Team for further assistance. Have a great day ahead! Warmly, Carolyn" What difference should it make if I order through Amazon? I order most of my purchases through Amazon because of their excellent delivery service and customer support. I would give Miracle Made a zero stars if that was an option. I paid a premium price because I wanted sheets that last. I have purchased other sheets from different companies for far less and they have held up much better.     • Soft and Silky and Feels Great!
I have been battling back acne for awhile now and read that silver-infused bedding may be helpful in helping with this problem since acne is caused by bacteria and any way you can reduce it is a great thing. I was looking into purchasing from Silvon, but found from Amazon that Miracle Made was a lot cheaper. I figured with the good reviews, why not give it a try. Bed sheets usually lasts for awhile, so it will be a good investment for my skin. So far using these sheets have been very soft and comfortable. I haven't noticed much difference yet in terms of my skin, but I will report back if it makes a dramatic difference. ... show more

    • Started pilling after just a handful of days
I think I had the sheets on my bed for 4 or 5 days total before I noticed pilling on the bottom side of the top sheet. These sheets are way to expensive to pill that quickly. I also don't feel they've been any better at temperature regulation than my $35 cooling sheets (that are softer, and have not pilled in the 2 years I owned them). They're comfortable enough and don't seem to wrinkle as much as my other sheets, but I took a chance on very expensive sheets and was very let down.
