These motors are great I've had other brands before but always went back to Minnkota I live in Florida were the lakes are heavily weeded and the rivers heavy stumps the motor plows right through it no problem just buy you a wedge prop cause it does not come with one

This is bar none, the best trolling motor for the money. I'm so happy I decided to go with the 45. It seems stronger than the 55...as funny as that sounds...
