This is the second handbag I bought - same review ***** I "love" this mini tote, handbag, purse! Don't let the size fool you, it is compact but it easily fits a wallet, cell phone and a few incidentals, plus an inside pocket (which is very small - keys fit well it tho). It is very sturdy and holds a lot which it doesn't look like it would! The outside pocket is too small for an average cell phone, it might fall out, maybe the foldable phones will fit ok. If you want to down size from a larger purse to a smaller purse this one is great. I cut off the hand straps as I like just the shoulder strap when you double it to smallest size for over my shoulder. This stays on your shoulder without slipping off. Yet if you prefer to carry it, the over the body/shoulder straps are detachable. I love this handbag and am going to order another in a different color. 5 stars :) ... show more

I love this tote. It holds a lot and zips so nothing gets out. I had to move to another state so I packed my medications in it. Took as a carry on. It passed through everything. Super cute and the base of the bag is much sturdier than I expected. Comes with a lining but no base to keep the bag rigid, my wallet and phone did a good enough job of keeping it boxy, only removing one star because the strap seems a little flimsy will probably have to replace with another after a few wears. ... show more

I bought this small canvas crossbody tote in black. It's just as described and will work for me. I would have liked it to be a half inch larger in width and length but it's not a real handicap. It took two tries to get the order complete; the first came without a removable crossbody strap. Fortunately, the replacement came quickly. It's very study and will carry heavy items. To start, the tote was a little smaller than I imagined. HOWEVER, it did fit everything I needed. Great for running errands or a vacation trip! The clasps for the longer strap are durable, and I love the pockets inside. Definitely a staple item for your closet!
