These days it is possible to get all the info you want online, and Minecraft wikis since the beginning have been the ultimate source for the information you would find in books like these. The difference is how they are tailored for kids and without exposing your kid to whatever might be shown on the internet, they are able to learn about different aspects of Minecraft. If you like Minecraft, want to learn more tricks and skills with the game, and don't want to watch annoying videos on YouTube, buy this book. Very well written, clear pictures, and easy enough for kids to understand (yet some of the skills are pretty advanced).

This is a good book if you are into farming in Minecraft. Has a lot of varieties of farms,including the slime farm, some block farms, and your basic automated farming systems. Could've had a few more basic farms, but it's still a great book.
