Way more powerful than the regular one. I read some reviews saying the regular m18 was far superior and that’s definitely not the case with mine. Love that it has two power modes. Milwaukee never fails to amaze me with their battery tools. Two thumbs up for sure. Won’t regret buying.

Use on the job and around the home. Very convenient with no outlet to find when on a job, or need for an extension cord. Much quieter than a plug in vacuum. Love it ! It is made for the stack on system, so by itself it is a bit tippy riding on the floor of my work van. (That's my only complaint) I would use the largest (mAh battery you can afford as it will use up a charge. I use the low power for most jobs to save on batter. Awesome vacuum for silica dust and construction cleanup. Two levels of suction and the high level is very good. Outperforms the 120volt Dewalt my employer owns by an incredible amount. Very please with the pack-out fit as well which make portability very easy. I have used this vacuum for residential plumbing for the past year or so. My coworkers have stated that the packout version is not as good as the original. They think it doesn’t have as good of a suction but I have used it to clean up water, wood, dirt you name it and have never had any issues. I absolutely love it! ... show more

I love Milwaukee's tools, and this vacuum does not disappoint. It does consume a lot of power. 5.0 batteries only last a few minutes on high power. The low power setting seems to be ample suction, with a much longer run time.
