  • Great Product
Replaced all our windows, and about 1/3rd of our T1-11 plywood siding last summer. The gun was amazing and performed really well. I am now using it to build a chicken coop and it still going to town. The "rafter hanger" comes in real handy. I was able to use it to hang the on the scaffolding frame etc. ... show more

  • A solid workhorse nail gun.
Framed a basement with this. Did great job. Made work fast and reduced labor. Rotatable exhaust was great feature. Toenail slot on head very helpful. No issues with this nailer. A bit on the heavy side after using all day but loved this tool.

  • Well worth it.
Good product and good price. Non-marking boot falls off too easily. Gun has tendency to jam at first use. Works better after 5 or 6 pads of nails.

  • Nice gun
Bought this for home projects and it works like a champ. Lightweight for its size, plenty of power. Only problem is it seems to be much louder than the bostich model I've used in the past, but earplugs helped with that.

  • Best investment for me
Wow, this thing saves me so much time. No more hammering nails. First thing to note: Don't use a 1/4 inch 100 foot hose or you'll be sorry. I thought the nailer was faulty but it was actually the pressure drop across the long hose that had a hard time keeping the pressure out to the nailer. You'll have to wait for the pressure to build after just about every nail shot. I changed to a 3/8 inch 50 foot hose and it's always ready no matter how fast I shoot the nails. Not sure if a 1/4 50 foot hose would also do the job. Last thing to note: You should put some pressure (I push with one hand on the back exhaust part and press firmly) when firing nails in single shot mode so they sink all the way in. Otherwise, you'll have to use a hammer on some of them to finish getting them all the way in. In multi shot mode, the fact that you are hitting it against the lumber does that for you. ... show more

  • Most Bang for the Buck & THE Top-Rated
Simply put, this is the best framing nailer I have ever had (prvious unit was top-of-the-line Hitachi. Features are all top-notch, and the single issue where the Hitachi won is in the case. The Hitachi is metal whereas the Milwaukee is a rugged plastic. I have dropped it a few times and not a scratch, but still. Can't go wrong with this unit. ... show more

  • Works as advertised and does so nicely
This nail gun is worth the purchase. I’ve gotten nailers from harbor freight and have regretted the purchase. This gun has not jammed or failed to drive a nail all the way, something I can’t say about my HarborFreight nailer.

  • Off to a great start
Bought this for home use and put it to work building a fence. I can't speak to the long-term durability of this gun, but I like it way more than my old Campbell-Hausfeld. Ran a few hundred nails through it and it didn't misfire or jam on me once, although some of the depths were inconsistent which could have been my inexperience with the gun. I also like the long cartridge or whatever you call the thing that loads the nails. A nice feature of it is that you can put nails in and then pull the spring-loader-thing over the nails, whereas my old Campbell-Hausfeld you had to pull the spring-loader-thing down, then put nails in and release it. I like this Milwaukee gun's way of loading better. The "rafter" hook is also a nice touch. Only downside is I wish this came with a case. ... show more
