I really wanted to like this dress because it's so lightweight and the bright orange-red color is quite pretty, but it fits so awkwardly that I can't. I am 5'6" and about 150 lbs so I bought a medium but it is waaaay to big... the elastic at the waist is so stretched out and the top is so baggy that the waist of the dress hangs almost at my hips. And when I try to tie it at the waist using the sash strings, it ends up looking weird with the top pouffing out in an unflattering way and the skirt pulling tight in the front and bunching at the back. Maybe I just got a bad dress, but I would not recommend purchasing this product :( ... show more

I'm 5'10 - 175 - 34DD This dress is adorable but runs a little big and short (I expected the short). In the end, I think it depends on how you want it to fit. For me, size charts on amazon are usually wrong so I ordered an XL, but really think I could do an L (per the size chart). I had to adjust it a lot to get it to look like it fits. In the end, if there was an L available in this color I'd order it to see how it fit. At this time there isn't so I'll make do since it's so lovely. ... show more

While I still like the dress I expected it to be past my ankles it was above and im.only 5'3. I'm keeping the dress but it was not as advertised. The models dress is past her ankles and flowy mines was definitely more of a tea length I got a xl but I probably could have sized down to large. When I first tried it on it fit beautifully loved how it fit. Washed it once and it shrank significantly did not notice originally when I held my arms up my bra shows I have to wear a shirt underneath in order to be discreet. I still love the dress but after wearing it once found a few traits I did not care for about the dress. I would recommend buying it at least a size larger to accommodate shrinking and just be aware about the fit underneath the arms. I still would recommend it I got a lot of compliments on the dress itself and the color I still would recommend the dress to someone else. ... show more

As other reviews mentioned, it is quite large. I’m 5’9” 155lb and the dress is a great length for someone tall but is overall a bit baggy. I bought my typical size - medium and then purposely shrank it the first time I washed it. That helped some. The v neck of the top is a little too loose and comes down to my sternum, so I wear it with fashion tape to stay in place. The tie wrap on the waist is nice to accentuate tour waist, but the weight of it is almost too heavy for the dress so It pulls the top down slightly (again, use tape and this problem is solved). The arm holes are a little larger as well. They cut below the bra line so you can see your bra band underneath if you lifter your arms. Material is not see through, not lined. I have wide shoulders, I'm just shy of 5'4" and I just had a baby -- this dress was PERFECT for our fall family pictures. I got the red dress and the pattern is lovely and it's the most perfect rust color. The other reviews are correct and the armpits do hang super low - but it's really not a reason not to get this dress. I tied it in the front (side) to tighten the waist and it hung perfectly to hide a little belly and made it look like a wrap dress. I also sewed up the tops of the sleeves together so it was a short-split-sleeve and it worked out beautifully as a flowy maxi. I LOVE this dress. I got so many compliments on it the first time I wore it out. It is sooo flowy and comfortable. I do think it ran a bit large though. Mostly the top part. I know the idea is that it's flowy and effortlessly drapey but sometimes when you're not super skinny or if you have a bigger bust that can just make you feel like you have way too much going on. I probably could have sized down but once I was out and about wearing it and receiving so many compliments it didn't seem to matter! ... show more

Great quality for price. Thin material, great as a summer dress! I’ve bought several dresses from milumia and have been satisfied with all of them. The length was just above my ankles (I’m 5’3”, 125lbs) and it had a stretchy section in the middle, so it hugged my mid section really nice.
