I do like the mannequin head. It’s great for practicing styling. My only complaint is some of the hair strands are very small causing fly always when styling. Other than that I do like it and it has held up for several weeks of daily use.

Maybe it’s realistic in comparison to a humans head as far as thickness in higher spot of the head. It’s a little annoying but I manage it. I also don’t like how spaces out the hair is. I’d like for the head to have wait more stains but not many mannequin heads have that but overall it’s still a good product and a good price. I’d recommend it for beginners for sure. ... show more

The main reason for me buying this beautiful cosmotology training mannequin head doll kit for myself, is to learn how to do cornrows on my daughter's hair, This is the first time I ever purchasing one! I'm glad I did! I been doing hairstyles for a quite awhile on my synthetic wigs, lace fronts, any wigs, and wear them whenever I want to change up my look lol ! This is a good mannequin head and the hair length is just right for practice because my hair is lengthy and when I wear added hair I tend to do long hair with styles so I just as well practice similar to how I wear my hair.
