I am an older woman with thinning, dry lips and sensitive skin. I struggle to find lipsticks that are moisturizing, yet will stay on. Milani is a great line--better than similar lipsticks from Clinique, Lancome, YSL, and other high-end brands. This particular matte lipstick works even on my older, dryer lips. I prefer Milani's satin lipsticks for moisture, but for a matte look I love this lipstick. I bought the Petal color with the "matching" rose lipliner. I didn't think they were a match color-wise, but close enough. I also love Milani lipliners--they are soft and creamy, glide on, and are long-lasting. Again, much better than the high-end brands. I especially like that no Milani products irritate my sensitive skin. ... show more

Nice colour. But I have to dock stars because, like other reviews here, mine came with some damage to the lipstick. It doesn't look like someone used it, but more like someone opened it and hit the tip of the lipstick with the cap by mistake. Comparing it with other Milani lipsticks that I have, this one is very-very bold on my lips. It also seems very heavy. All other lipsticks from Milani are lighter. It is very matte, and probably not the best choice for me. If I add a little lighter color over it, it does look much better. However, it is lasting, and even after eating and drinking, the tint is still there. I really don't know how it will work for other, but for me it looks better after a few hours, when a part of it is gone. I really like Milani brand, just this particular shade is not the most flattering for me. ... show more
