Got these as a party favor for my daughter's 9th bday party. Tested all of them beforehand and only 2 were malfunctioning (wouldn't turn off and stay off), so not bad at all! The kids loved them. Would recommend.

Will be giving away with halloween chocolates. 3/36 were not working, battery probably died, one definitely was barely lighting up. good enough for me. I thought 2 more weren’t working but like someone else said here, you just need to find the right spot to press on some of them.

This is a box full of fun faces/shapes that have a good glow to them. Each are individually wrapped. Only had one ring that would not light up, and one that barely glowed. Got these for the Town Marshall to hand out to Trick-R-Treaters on Halloween nights patrol. They help light up the kids to keep them safer on the roads, and shows that Law Enforcement cares about them. We could see them from blocks away moving along the roads !     • Decent. Paint comes off easily. ring strap not very durable.
Overall, when you buy things like this there is a price to the environment. But you know that going in. However when they don't last very long, that doubles the problem. These are in the category of you get what you pay for. They're ok... they will last an evening of fun. I wouldn't count on much more than that. They work well, and we didn't have any issues with the lights, but the paint came off easily on many of them and the ring strap broke easily. ... show more
