Just got my Surface Laptop 3 and I'm happy to report when I took it out of the box and inspected it, it looked like a brand new machine. I was concerned when I ordered it based on the 2 reviews that this listing had, but I guess I lucked out. The laptop itself is in excellent condition. The only flaw I could find on the body is a 1mm scratch on one corner that I was able to cover/hide with a black sharpie. Now you don't even see it. The screen is absolutely flawless. The keyboard is flawless. Sometimes with laptops, over time, the keys get faded or you notice that oily residue on them that doesn't wash off. This keyboard looks like it's never been used. The trackpad is perfect. The only thing I can't speak to is the battery life remaining. The "excellent" condition by this seller states that the battery is supposed to be above 80% life. I've charged it fully and discharged it 2 times so far and it seems like the battery is fine. All the ports work fine and I updated it to Windows 11 without issue. The laptop came with a power adapter and that's all. It was packed inside an inflatable bubble wrap and was well protected. Seller shipped via Fed-ex 2 day shipping for free. All in all, no complaints. Very happy. I did notice that the price fluctuates on this model from this seller. Sometimes it's a little higher or lower than what I paid. Not sure why. ... show more

This last one didn't have a charger but was willing to over look that. I did tried to contact seller with NO reply. I have purchased Amazon Renewed before and have always been happy however this device came with 4 dents in the top cover that are clearly visible from more than 12 inches away. The seller tried to cover the dents with a full top cover sticker however the sticker had started to peel back when I received it so I removed it revealing the dents. These Surface Laptops are beautifully crafted and are purchased partly for their looks so selling one in excellent condition while hiding the dents with a sticker is a bit underhanded. Trying to return it is impossible as Amazon want me to pay for the return shipping and then claim it back, I have had a very bad experience with this in the past. I live in Qatar. ... show more

The laptop came new literally. The only thing that have like sings of use is the usb port but the rest came new. Super fast. Battery cycles 40 it is nothing. Supper sturdy like a MacBook. I like the size of it and portable and lightweight. Super fast by the way.

I got this computer for college and it has all the features I need. It has minor scratches/damage and they’re not noticeable. It works great and has the same qualities as a high end computer. This unit LOOKED perfect. Alas, it was glitchy and never ran right. There were OS bugs galore, even after reinstalling Windows twice. Many apps would not run. I wound up returning it. At least the return process was smooth and fast.
