The Michel Rouen golf shirt was ordered for use in cooler weather golf and for casual wear. This is a machine-washable, polyester / spandex blend long sleeve golf shirt. The "cobalt stripe" shirt was ordered and it is beautiful. Generally, I am 5'10" tall and weigh 200 pounds. I can wear a Large golf shirt, but prefer an XL since I like some extra room in the upper chest for freedom of movement. This shirt fits me just the way I like them to fit. One of the features that I like is that it is a 4-way stretch shirt. It certainly lets a person have freedom of movement. It is also a moisture wicking shirt. This may not be much of an issue on the cooler days, but if one is wearing it on a much warmer day, then the moisture factor can be an issue. One of the other features is that it has a 3-button closure. I have always been a fan of 3 buttons rather than 2 buttons since it is my opinion that it just looks a little classier. BOTTOM LINE: This is a nice, light, long sleeved golf shirt with an ample amount of room when sized properly. The price is more than competitive with other brands of golf shirts, feels good when worn, and provides a fabric that is moisture wicking.     • Fits as expected -- with body-conforming stretchiness
Color: Turquoise Stripe Size: X-Large
It's T-Shirt material, with lots of stretchiness and give. The XL should fit me with room to spare, but the stretchiness contours it right to my body. It's comfortable to wear, but due to its body-hugging, it's warmer than I thought it would be. The Turquoise is green and black stripes that run horizontally, but the stripes are so thin, it looks like a solid green from any distance away. The collar and the buttons give it a dressier-than-a-T-Shirt look. I was prepared to "not like" this shirt because I am dead set against wearing logo's, and this one has a logo on it, but it turns out to be rather benign, because it is very small, and it almost blends away into the background, so I actually don't mind it too much. The existence of the logo is the only reason I would not rate this at 5 stars, but even with the logo, I'd have to give it 4.75 stars, so it still shows up as a 5! ... show more

This is a really nice Polo. The fabric is good quality and feels well made. I have put it through one wash and dry cycle and it has held up nicely. I ordered the large size and I feel that it is maybe slightly on the bigger side, but then again I am more of a skinny guy. This shirt is beautiful. It's also very soft! Sometimes moisture wicking clothing almost feels like it snags against the skin, but this hasn't had that issue at all. The color says Plum Blue Stripe, but it gives a soft purple-ish look. The stripes are very small so it gives the impression of a solid color. This shirt was a perfect fit. As someone on the taller side of medium, I liked the sleeve length and didn't find it to be too short. I was able to tuck the shirt in and it didn't pull out at all. It washed well on a normal cycle and also dried fine. It was very comfortable to wear both in an indoor office environment and outside both in cool and warm weather.
