I really liked how easy this product was to use! The only downside is how strong the monomer smells which can very easily cause a headache or two. I just started trying to do my nails a few weeks ago.. I bought tons of gels (madam glam, venalisa etc and they ALL were horrible for long lasting and didn't last more than a day..i tried with both tips and dual forms btw).. I tried this with tips and it's the best thing I ever bought.. It's a must have.. No lifting, breaking or anything.. Although this was my first time ever even touching acrylic in my 30 years of life (I always paid folks to do my nails) .. This was soo easy to use.. It didn't dry immediately so if I had to touch up something even after moving to the next finger I could still go back and try to fix it better.. Only tip I have is to make sure u have everything u need out at once.. Because if your brush sits for a few minutes unused without putting it back in the monomer, it's hard to get the acrylic off your brush once it dries.. (it took a few hairs off my kolinsky alpha brush before I realized I needed to soak my brush in acetone to remove it lol )... I'm honestly mad at myself for not buying this before I bought all those gels that are now just sitting in my drawers - _- .. I will be buying ALL colors that Mia Secret carries.. so i bought this because i seen tiktoks and youtube videos that it is perfect for beginners but it was super watery. this is my first nail set on myself and it was so bad . i thought it was my acrylic powder but i tried a mia secret brand and a brand from temu but yet it was still watery. it was so hard to control and stop it from dripping off my nail . i think instead of buying the monomer you can just invest in a expensive one . the clear acrylic powder was good though but i think i am going to try a different monomer from now on was too watery…i posted a picture of how they came out after filing and it was super hard to make them look “ decent” ... show more
