It was shipped fast as usual, but was shipped in a clear ziplock style bag which I didn’t like at all. Not only could everyone see what was being delivered to my house, what if this was a gift for someone in my house? So pretty displeased with that. The cardigan itself was exactly as advertised, past my butt at 5’7”, nice red, looser weave, but it isn’t very soft. I know that probably means it’ll last longer and be more durable, but I was still a bit disappointed. I am 5'3', 140 lbs (today anyway), bust 40"/36D, with narrow hips (38") I usually buy medium to accommodate bust but I purchased a size sm in this green cardigan since the front is open plus used their size chart. Small fit just fine for my height/weight. A medium would have been big around my hips making me look shorter/squattier that I already am. Actual sweater measurements in small: bust 41", neck to wrist sleeve length 29" (plenty long & I have long arms), shoulder to hem length 30 1/2", hips 38". In general, the weave is good, medium weight, thick but not bulky cotton feel, decent quality, some stretch but not like stretch (there is no lycra woven in). There is a weird "v" at the back neckline where they stitched the two front lapels directly into the back panel of the sweater rather than around the back neckline like normal cardigans have - a cheapie fabrication tactic that you can't see in an online photo. The v rubs/chaffs into the back of the neckline when wearing for a while - irritating. Type of yarn used is more pill resistant which I liked. I will have to wear a turtle neck or something around the back neckline to avoid chaffing at the back neck. Final Verdict: Thumbs up - a keeper. ... show more

    • Very flattering versatile but a hassle to wash

Right out of the package the fibers on this are stiff and appear cheap. The first cardigan that I ordered, I made the mistake of adhering to the manufacturers washing instructions, and the sweater looked horrible afterward. The second cardigan I hand washed and dry in a mild detergent, and it came out extremely soft looking like a brand new sweater. At this price point I highly recommend trying them out if you are willing to put in a little extra effort in cleaning them. After a few washes, I used a simple electric sweater shaver to remove any pills. The color accuracy is correct as well as the fit. I did find them a little too tight in the sleeves and shoulder seem so I ended up ordering one size up based on the manufacturer size chart. Love the dark green color, very pretty and it is soft, comfy warmth. It's 100% acrylic so won't be likely to shrink. Others mentioned not liking how it is sown together at back of the neck, but that actually isn't an issue for me. I am a little concerned about fraying as there a loose threads at wrist cuff seam. Haven't washed it yet, will update review if that impacts garment at all. ... show more

I went a size up because I like my cardigans to be a little oversized and they are so warm and comfortable and I wear them all the time!! Highly highly recommend. I love the color of this sweater and have received so many complements on it. The color is bright and the fit is great. I ordinarily wear a medium in sweaters and this fits perfectly. I love almost everything about this sweater. Super comfy, looks cute with jeans, leggings or a skirt! Pockets! Need I say more? I wish I sized down....I'm only 5'1" and over estimated how oversized I wanted. The only thing that I really dislike is the neckline, trim.
