It’s almost exactly like the picture! The white is more of an ivory with an itsy-bitsy bit of pink hue to it, but I definitely prefer that over a bright white, so no complaint from me! I don’t know about water resistance since I use this as the outer curtain and I have a clear liner for my inner curtain, but it feels pretty good quality-wise.
