I was attracted to the ease of opening the sealed plastic cups after tedious manually opening the pull tabs on dozens of small metal cans of pate cat food. The price is about the same and a good value. The food has just enough moisture and texture to attract the cats. My two kittens are 7 months old and have been eating various flavors available since they were 3 months old. They do really say "Meow" ... show more

My cats are so picky! I had trouble finding food they would eat! Then when I found it, the stores in my area quit carrying it! I went to major store and small stores, and they didn't stock it! The shreds in this particular batch seemed rather dry & almost crispy so I just light,y mixed it up with a fork. Cats didn’t notice & ate up every morsel. Because I have 6 cats, I wish these cups were a full 3 ounces and not 2.75 oz. They always get three different flavors - it avoids having fussy eaters - and a tad more of something they really like couldn’t hurt. If your fur babies like pate, they probably will dive into this flavor. ... show more
