I bought this jacket for my son's prom..the size was a 36 the arms were a little short but the fit everywhere else was perfect..I had bought a bigger size so the sleeves would he longer but didn't have time to have it altered so he decided to just wear the size 36..I was very pleased with his decision to keep the better fitting jacket ... show more

First - this jacket was beyond small. Amazon recommended a Size 30. I still spent the time to take my measurements because I didn’t trust that size. I did fit the Size 30 measurements but still ordered a Size 32, to be safe. Size 32 is still way too small to button and the sleeves don’t even touch my wrists. To top it off, the material is barely worth $20. Spending more than double that is beyond a waste of money. ... show more

My son and I had to go to a black-tie wedding and I really didn't want to rent a tux for a 20-year-old. He had some really nice black pants and a white shirt. We bought him this and a bow tie that matched my dress. The lapels and pocket square makes this look like a tux jacket. The thing I really like about this is the fit. I'm not a fan of the fake white handkerchief and having to cut stitching as they instruct you to remove it and make this a functional pocket, but you have to get a stitch remover tool from walmart to avoid damaging the jacket. The Size was ok and I'm usually a 40 or 41 S in a tailored jacket... this in a 40 was about perfect except it is about 3/4 of an inch too long in the sleeves... more than manageable and this passes as wearable and not sloppy. If this were a $500 jacket I would pay to alter the sleeves and bring in the shoulders some as I think there is a tad bit too much play there as well. However, for the price this fits well enough it doesn't look too big or cheap... so really there is very little to complain about for the price. I ordered a medium and I'm 5'9 180 ... show more

Jacket surpassed my expectations. I strongly suggest getting a size larger since the sleeves were a tad short but not by much. Quality was great especially considering the price. Will buy another in a different color.
