This is not a sturdy as I expected. The first time I used it my knee nearly went through the foam between the bars. It should have a solid board where you kneel so that wouldn’t happen. Also not quite as soft as I expected. My tender knees still can’t stand to be on them long with this. I’m thinking of adding more protection to it. On the whole I love it!     • I only weigh 160 lbs.
I love it but the kneeler broke the first time I used it. I've done what I could to give it a kneeler back. Overall I loved the pouches. It truly makes garden work more comfortable. And I knew the tools weren't going to be upper end but they did their job and could stay with the bench. Also the gloves worked out great too. ... show more

    • THIS IS THE GARDEN SET YOU WANT & NEED!!
I have been using this garden set for the last 3 weekends, and I can tell you I have never been more comfortable in the garden. Usually I have a foam pad similar to a yoga mat that I lay down or sit on. It works okay, but I still feel it in my back the next couple days after. With this setup, I can sit down or kneel comfortably, without having to stress my back out so much. I am still sore the next day, but nothing like what I was used to. The tools that come with this set are all very sturdy and work well. I assume I will get at least a few years out of all the tools given the quality. I highly recommend this set for beginners, and even experienced gardeners. This set is well rounded and comes with pretty much all the tools you will need, plus a versatile seat/kneel pad to make your time on the ground more comfortable. What is there to complain about? 5 stars on this set for sure, and at the asking price, this is a bargain! ... show more

WOW! What a kit! And not plastic too! This really has been an upgrade for me, as I have been using a small, warped plastic gardeners stool for years. Until … I over turned and the plastic gave out. Cut into 2 pieces. Looking on Amazon, found this metal unit and a ton of tools, that came with the kneelers stool. Ordered this and came in a matter of days, Prime, Thank You. Gee. I am still in heaven. So much for plastic! So very handy, so very sturdy, so very everything. If, you like to play in dirt, this is for us!. This is a nice gardening set. The kneeler/stool is good for anyone who has a hard time bending far. I love the tools for container gardening, too. So far, everything I've needed is in this set! This would make a great gift!

The construction of the kneeling pad and seat is of the best design and sturdy engineering that allows even people with physical handicaps to operate it comfortably with ease. This is something that you could buy for your elderly relative and know that they would be safe using it daily.
